About the Role:
We're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to join our Regional HR Team and collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing department. This role is tailor-made for individuals eager to grow and make meaningful contributions to our company's mission of delivering exceptional products and beloved brands to our customers.As the HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the primary liaison for HR processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to governance standards. You'll work closely with centers of expertise and contribute to the development of strategies aimed at fostering a safe working environment, enhancing productivity, and boosting employee engagement, all while maintaining a keen focus on controlling overhead costs.Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all aspects of recruitment, management, development, and training aligned with the needs of our departments, following guidelines established by Regional HR and Group HR&OI. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in managing employee relations within your assigned scope and be actively involved in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
As HR Business Partner for Ferrero you will collaborate closely with Marketing Teams to cultivate a robust understanding of business operations, facilitating effective support for our people strategy. Utilize Centers of Expertise as needed, working collaboratively to implement Group or Regional initiatives.Take charge of workforce planning and execution, offering insights on optimal timeframes, desired profiles, and other pertinent HR matters in partnership with the business and recruitment teams. Partner with managers to identify talents and key resources. You will implement human resource policies and procedures, providing guidance on communication and application, and work closely with management to deploy key HR processes such as OVH Budgeting, Talent Review, Performance Evaluation & Management Review, and Engagement Survey.EMPLOYEE RELATIONS You will offer advice and support to managers on employee relations activities, intervening where necessary to address performance issues, absences, incidents/accidents, grievances, disciplinary procedures, and redundancies.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Shallidentify learning and development needs to enhance business performance and collaborate with the relevant Center of Expertise to activate related initiatives. Implement existing training programs aligned with business priorities and provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.RECRUITMENTYou will oversee recruitment activities in collaboration with the recruitment team, managing hiring processes and internal/international mobility efforts to ensure alignment with Ferrero's values and business requirements.ORGANISATIONEvaluate the effectiveness of organizational structures in meeting OVH targets, identifying opportunities for organizational development in collaboration with the Organization and Innovation Center of Expertise. Take responsibility for reviewing and updating job descriptions, conducting organisational analyses, and ensuring proper communication of changes in line with Ferrero's guidelines. Engage actively in cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives, fostering collaboration across different areas of the organization.
Who we are looking for:
Ferrero seeks candidates with experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably acquired in multinational matrixed companies within the FMCG, Retail, or pharmaceutical sectors. Previous exposure to working with global, fast-paced, commercially focused organizations employing a matrix model is highly desirable.
Ideal candidates will possess a structured mindset, outstanding communication abilities, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and prior experience in project management.
