We are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR department with administrative duties and employee-related matters.

Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by creating job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
  • Support in the preparation of HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars for employees
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues
  • Participate in the organisation's HR projects
  • Maintain employee records for future reference
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
  • Strong ability in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and HR software
  • Exemplary organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
