Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by creating job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
- Support in the preparation of HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars for employees
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues
- Participate in the organisation's HR projects
- Maintain employee records for future reference
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
- Strong ability in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and HR software
- Exemplary organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
