Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to offer vital support across recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions within their growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist in a wide variety of HR tasks, supporting the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding new hires to conducting exit interviews.




  • Prepare essential documentation, including contracts of employment and recruitment packs, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.




  • Play an integral role in new starter inductions, contract amendments, and managing the documentation for starters, transfers, and leavers.




  • Maintain HR records with precision, updating job descriptions and helping to ensure all HR workflows are processed smoothly.




  • Accurately collate data for payroll reporting and update the HR database to reflect new employee details and any changes.




  • Handle Right to Work checks and support with visa-related queries.




  • Manage reference requests and assist with training distribution and tracking.




  • Provide first-line support for all HR-related administration queries and escalate complex issues as needed.




  • Help streamline administrative processes, improving efficiency and ensuring all tasks are actioned promptly.





What We Are Looking For:




  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within manufacturing.




  • Familiarity with payroll reconciliation (experience with Sage not required).




  • Strong understanding of the employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit.




  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage high volumes of tasks.




  • Previous note taking and interview experience, with attention to detail.




  • Front-line experience in handling HR queries and providing efficient support.
