I am looking for a proactive and organised HR Advisor to join a dynamic HR team in Shifnal. This role blends system administration, HR data reporting, and learning & development coordination — making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position where technology, compliance, and people development come together.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and optimise HR systems and databases
* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records in line with GDPR
* Assisting with Payrolls
* Support onboarding, offboarding, contract generation, and compliance checks
* Develop and maintain training schedules, records, and tracking systems
* Coordinate mandatory training and onboarding programmes for all departments
* Deliver or facilitate induction sessions and training initiatives
* Design and update training materials and SOPs, working with subject matter expert
* Assisting with Disciplinary
