URGENT: HR Advisor (Generalist) – Immediate Start
We are urgently seeking a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This is a vital role providing expert HR support across a broad range of people-related matters within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related queries
Handle all aspects of employee relations (ER) including hearings, letter writing, note-taking, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
Advise and support on staff consultation processes
Ensure HR policies are up to date and aligned with current legislation
Manage and deliver HR projects as required
Represent HR in internal and external meetings
Work safely and comply with all Health & Safety policies
Maintain and process personal data in line with Data Protection regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a HR Generalist role
Part-CIPD qualified desired.
Strong knowledge of current UK employment law
Effective communicator, highly organised, proactive, and professional
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
