We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team within the Education sector in Launceston, Cornwall. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR advice and support to staff and management.


• Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding.


• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.


• Oversee performance management and support staff development.


• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and school policies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within the Education sector.


• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
