Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? We are seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join our client in St Asaph on a temporary 3-6 month contract. This is a hybrid working role with some travel across north Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to managers on Employee Relations (ER) cases.
Conduct disciplinary meetings for issues related to conduct and absences.
Support and guide managers through complex ER issues.
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 or above, or qualified by experience.
Strong experience in handling ER cases and disciplinary processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across North Wales as needed.
Salary Range & Benefits:
The salary for this HR Advisor role is negotiable depending on experience. In addition, the company offers an attractive benefits package.
