HR Advisor, Bromborough, Wirral (Hybrid) £39,800-£41,800 HR Recruit iscurrently seeking an experienced HR Professional for a regional HR rolewithin the North West. Thepurpose of the role is to work with teams, managers and stakeholders tohelp build organisation and people capability, and implement effectivepeople plans and activities within the organisation.The candidate will bean HR Generalist, who will be assigned business areas and will need to workclosely with those business areas and help them to implement the businessstrategy from a people perspective. Role Responsibilities Promote bestpractice across the business, presenting HR matters in a clear and conciseway Ensure managers implement HR policies and practices Regularly assessthe impact of employment legislation and ensure changes are carried out toa high standard Interpret, monitor and report on HR Analytics to influenceprogress and performance Provide local support on ER matters and developappropriate solutions, this will include regularly traveling to localbranches Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, regularlyupdating on activity to ensure a joined-up HR service is delivered to thebusiness Design and deliver coaching solutions to line managers on ERissues including interpreting of Employment and Case Law Work with the HRteam and senior managers to develop and implement policies and practiceacross the organisation that encourages and promotes staff engagement andperformance improvements Work with the Head of HR to continuously reviewour benefit offering Ensure there are effective channels of communication,engagement and consultation on matters affecting employees including theimplementation of forums, corporate social responsibility (CSR) andwellbeing initiatives. Work with the HR team and senior managers creatingcontent, designing initiatives, events and programmes that bring ouremployee engagement strategy to life for colleagues Review, advise on andensure contracts of employment, offers of employment, grading structure andbenefits Person Specification HR generalist with a minimum of 3 years HRexperience Demonstrable experience of working with teams, managers andstakeholders to help build organisation and people capability Excellentunderstanding of UK employment law Proven attention to detail Strongproject management skills Multi-site experience is an advantage This rolewill suit an experienced HR Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity.The salary is £35,000-£37,000 plus a car allowance of £4,800 plus bonusand excellent benefits Please note that due to the high volume ofapplications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individualapplicant individually with detailed feedback.
