Our UK Head office is in Chester, and we are part of a globalgroup.The successful candidate will gain experience of working in a trueGeneralist role with responsibility of day-to-day HR activities, workingclosely with the HR Director to deliver the strategic goals of thebusiness. You will play a key part in HR projects and work within a greatteam environment.HR Advisor Duties & Responsibilities:•Providing professional support in all matters related to HR,employment law and best practice.•Coach, develop and mentormanagers and supervisors within the business.•Manage the fullemployee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation period and leaverprocesses.•Work on resource planning and manage the UK recruitmentprocess.•Working with an outsourced payroll company to ensure themonthly payroll is processed correctly.•Developing relationshipswith all employees to positively influence the employee experience.•Managing talent and succession planning.•Driving projects andHR activities to ensure a positive work environment for all.•Managing complex employee relations case work including disputeresolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, andredundancy.•Managing HR KPI information to support drivingimprovements in the business. Including, Absence Management, Retention andTurnover, Appraisals, Recruitment.•Assist the Business ServicesManager with ad-hoc Facilities/ Health and Safety tasks.Candidate requirements:•Previous experience in HR Advisor or comparable role with generalistHR experience. •Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.•Excellent employment law knowledge.•Be keen to continuelearning and developing you HR knowledge and skills.•Confident andhighly professional.•Excellent attention to detail and literacyskills.•IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Officesuite and HR systems.•Enjoy working as part of a busy team.•Highly flexible and able to travel to other sites on occasions.Are we the perfect match?
