We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong L&D background to join the HR team at Central Support, Fareham.
In this varied role, you will be actively engaged in the entire spectrum of HR responsibilities as well as delivering internal online and in person development workshops. The role presents an opportunity for exposure to all aspects of HR.
As an HR Advisor, you'll be expected to:
Act as a coach to all management to help them get the best from their teams, increase individual capability and challenge ideas, practices and thinking in a supportive way
Identify training needs and deliver bespoke designed training to meet needs of the wider business
Be the first point of contact for all managers, partnering on all people related queries for a specific area of the business
Manage the full employee lifecycle
In order to do this, you will need:
A CIPD Level 5 qualification with at least 5 years' experience working in HR
Proven experience in a similar role
A passion for employee development & growth
Ability to deliver engaging training sessions which deliver a ROI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A solid understanding of the employee lifecycle
A full driving licence as role will require travel to various locations
