Remote Role, you will be based around Nottingham or Birmingham - occasional travel required within the region - Central England and Wales
Full driving licence required
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

What you’ll do
You will provide strong case management advice to line managers, and support them through complex people matters with a focus on gaining the best outcomes for both the business and the individual. You will be working as part of a large HR team and will be confident in your approach to make decisions and support managers to make sometimes, difficult people decisions. Managing a portfolio of cases, scheduling and prioritising activities based on the needs of each case whilst working with senior manager’s teams to ensure cases are managed effectively.
