About the Role:
Youll provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of confidentiality, and enjoys working closely with all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process
Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Coordinating interviews and supporting recruitment campaigns
Assisting with absence and holiday tracking
Supporting with disciplinary and grievance administration
Helping with payroll and timesheet data collation
Minute taking during HR meetings when required
Ensuring all HR processes and policies are followed accurately
