HR Administrator - Part Time - Poole - Up to £27,000 Pro Rata

What you'll be doing:
You'll support all aspects of HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, absence tracking, and employee records. You'll also assist the HR Advisor and provide meeting support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HR systems (starters, leavers, data changes)
Support onboarding and inductions
Track absences and probation reviews
Prepare contracts and personnel files
Provide data and reporting
Take notes in meetings (e.g. disciplinaries)
What we're looking for:
Strong admin and Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
HR experience desirable but not essential
Organised, discreet, and professional
Driving licence preferred
Hours & Benefits:
