\n\nDeliver professional surveying, design, and contract administration services, ensuring that refurbishment projects meet quality standards. \nDeliver an excellent contract management approach to service delivery, including principal design, specification, and delivery of new projects. \nProvides effective programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management.
\nWhat you'll need to succeed \nIn order to be successful in this position, you will:\n\nHold a relevant professional qualification (degree, HND, HNC etc.). \nEvidence experience of carrying out detailed design work for the refurbishment of buildings. \nHave a detailed understanding of managing health and safety within properties, including management of CDM.
