This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team here in South Devon.As our Housing and Property expert, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation!
Typical day as a Housing Management Coordinator
You would be working with our customers who are all adults with mental health issues. You'll be a part of their recovery and journey to independent living.
Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.
