As a Host/Hostess, youll set the tone for a memorable dining experience from the moment our guests arrive. Youll be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations with grace and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally

Manage booking platforms and walk-in guest flow

Coordinate closely with the restaurant and events teams to optimise seating plans

Handle guest inquiries with knowledge and care

Maintain the presentation of the entrance and host area

Deliver outstanding service that reflects the Sea Containers brand

Salary: £12.21 p/h + tronc
