Job Description Job Title: Residential Care Home Manager
Location: Morpeth, Northumberland
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 per annum
Overview:
Located in a lovely neighbourhood in Morpeth, our care home is set in a peaceful area with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The home consists of 60 bedrooms, providing both personal and nursing care across two floors with three dedicated units: Millview, Wansbeck, and Bluebell. In partnership with Northumbria Healthcare, we also offer an Intermediate Care Unit, which provides 24-hour qualified nursing and specialist therapy in a safe and supportive environment. Our residents benefit from the serenity of our home, including a lovely patio area to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Residential Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. The role will also involve leading a dedicated team of staff while managing the operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of the home.
