Key Responsibilities for the Home Manager:

Oversee the delivery of outstanding person-centred nursing care.

Lead and inspire a skilled care and nursing team to deliver clinical excellence.

Collaborate with residents, families, and external professionals to maintain high standards of care.

Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

What You'll Need to be the Home Manager:

Experience as a Home Manager, General Manager, or Registered Manager in a care/nursing home setting.

A valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN).

A Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management or equivalent.

A genuine passion for high-quality care and team development.

A solid understanding of CQC standards and expectations.
