Are you an experienced Home Manager, Deputy or Team Leader ready to take the next step?
Join a well-established charity organisation providing short break and respite care for children and young people aged 5-18 with learning disabilities and low-end physical needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a warm, established team in a supportive environment, with guidance from a hands-on Area Manager who visits 1-2 times per week.
What we're looking for:

• 
  Strong leadership skills with the confidence to manage a busy service
• 
  Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• 
  Experience working with children with LD and physical support needs
• 
  A child-centred approach with a focus on inclusion, safety, and fun
