Highways Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Highways Supervisor to join a leading highways contractor delivering quality infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee and coordinate highways works on-site
·Plan and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance and safety
·Utilise National Highways roadspace allocation tools (e.g., SRN/TMA)
·Implement and supervise traffic management (TM) in accordance with regulations

Requirements:

·Proven supervisory experience in highways construction
·Strong knowledge of traffic management (TM)
·Proficiency in planning works and using National Highways roadspace booking systems
·Excellent communication and leadership skills
