Highway Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage supply chain partners and on-site operatives to deliver programmes of works
Act as the key point of contact to develop programmes and performance reporting
Plan and programme weekly/monthly integration of works, minimising road space occupancy
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate estimates are produced
Ensure works are carried out to client specifications and delivered within agreed costs
Maintain accurate records for the commercial team
Manage Quality, Health & Safety, and environmental standards in all operations
Review method statements and risk assessments to ensure they meet current working practices and legislation

Job Requirements:

Good communication skills to manage relationships, along with planning and organisational skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency
Developed leadership skills
Ability to improve safety and sustainability performance
Experience in leading and developing individuals
Previous Construction Management experience within the road surfacing and surface treatments industry
