The Role:

As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering learning activities to whole classes or groups of children in the absence of the class teacher.
Supporting the planning and preparation of lessons, as well as contributing to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
Working closely with teachers to support individual students or small groups, including those with additional needs, to ensure they make progress.
Providing pastoral care and supporting the social and emotional development of pupils.
