HGV/Commercial Workshop Manager
* Commercial Main Dealership
* £42,000–£45,000 + Bonus £50,000+ Package
* Heathrow Area
* Monday-Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings
Join a well-established, family-run business with a reputation for excellence and a strong commitment to looking after its people. My client is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop Controller to lead their technician team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the workshop and technician team
*
Allocation of jobs, monitoring progress and quality control
*
Approving holidays and handling general team queries
*
Working closely with the service team and management to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
*
Proven experience in a similar role within a commercial/HGV Workshop experience
*
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
*
A proactive approach and attention to detail
*
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:

40-hour work week (Monday to Friday), with occasional overtime paid at 1.5x
*
1 in 4 Saturdays (7:00am to 12:00pm) paid at overtime rate
*
22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)
