Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Kirby-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, NG17
Salary; £49,400 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shift 3 Weeks Days / 1 Week Afternoons

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday Days: 06:00 to 16:00 (47.5 hour week) 3 consecutive weeks
Monday to Friday Afternoons: 12:00 to 22:00 (47.5 hour week) 1 week in every 4
Must be flexible to work odd weekends as and when required

Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated HGV Technician to join a reputable and established transport company based in Kirby-in-Ashfield Nottingham (NG17). This is a permanent role offering excellent pay, consistent hours, and a varied workload across workshop and local site environments. As a HGV Technician you will be maintaining and repairing HGV vehicles using hand held tools and power tools to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues.
HGV licence highly desirable but not essential

HGV Technician Key Responsibilities:

As a dependable and experienced HGV Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Performing diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a range of HGV vehicles within a well-equipped workshop
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HGV vehicles effectively
Carrying out occasional roadside inspections and repairs across 4 local sites.
Shunting HGV vehicles between company sites (if you have HGV licence)
Transporting HGVs...
