HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver

HGV Class 2 HIAB DRIVER
Our client based in Marchwood are currently looking for an experienced HGV HIAB driver to start ASAP. You will be given any specific training involved in the collection and delivery of their goods to sites. A current and valid HIAB card with Sling and chain usage is essential. The hourly rate is £17.00 phr and the average working day is approx. 8 hours. Details below:
This is class 2 Cat C HIAB work
Your start time will be between 7 and 9 am
The job is Monday to Friday
£17.00 per hour with overtime at £25.50 after 8 hours.
Your main task will be to collect and or deliver converted shipping containers to a variety of locations which include building sites, Hospitals, Industrial estates and Production/Manufacturing sites.
You will receive full training on all procedures and will go out with a full time driver to see what you need to do before going out on your own.
You will need to have clear communication skills and be able to work on your own initiate.
Following a successful trial period you will be offered a full time permanent job. Annual salary between £36 and £40k.
