Position: HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Irlam Area

Kenect Recruitment is actively seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work for contracts in the Irlam area. Our client is committed to providing year-round work for reliable drivers. The work includes manual handling and drop and lock.

Must have minimum 6 months experience driving HGV Class 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Night work available starting 23:30
• Follow planned routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Loading your own truck and Drop and Lock deliveries.
• Collaborate with friendly transport teams that prioritize employee welfare.

Shift Options:

• Night shifts available Monday to Friday
• Ongoing bookings throughout the year
• Weekly ongoing work
• Opportunities for long hours

Compensation:

• Competitive pay rates for PAYE drivers, Starting from £19.89 per hour.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 Licence
• CPC certification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• No major points or endorsements on driving record
• Strong timekeeping skills
• Excellent work ethic and team player mentality
• Flexibility when required
• Checkable work history
