Driver Hire Carlisle is recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for immediate contracts in Carlisle and Penrith. These roles offer regular, ongoing agency work with competitive pay and a variety of shift patterns to suit your schedule.
📍 Carlisle Contract:
Join a major logistics provider delivering on behalf of a national supplier.
Routes run north into Scotland and south to the Midlands
Day, back, and night shifts available
Modern fleet and professional working environment
💷 Pay (with holiday pay advanced):
From £17.37/hour (weekday rates)
Up to £25.00/hour (premium/night shifts)
📍 Penrith Contract:
Weekend work with a well-established logistics company.
Deliveries to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs)
Mainly day shifts
💷 Pay (with holiday pay advanced):
£20.00/hour - Saturdays
£25.00/hour - Sundays
✅ What You'll Need:
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC & Digital Tacho Card
Minimum 6 months' experience preferred
