Job Description HGV Class 1 Driver (Trunking / Nights Away) – Immediate Start\n\nLocations: Start points vary from Newcastle, Haydock, Glasgow, or Wakefield\nSchedule: Sunday to Friday (TBC weekly)\nType: Full-time.\n\nSalary £40k - £42k per annum\n\nWe are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for long-distance Trunking work. This role requires nights away from home, with weekly routes planned in advance.\n\nKey Details:\n\n * Start locations vary weekly: From Newcastle, Haydock, Glasgow, or Wakefield\n\n * A company van is provided for travel to and from your start location.\n\n * Premier Inn Card provided.\n\n * Work pattern: Sunday to Friday (subject to weekly scheduling)\n\n * Basic 9.5 hours / Overtime paid after 9.5hrs.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license\n\n * Driver CPC and Digi Tachograph card\n\n * IPAF Licence required.\n\n * Flexible with travel and overnight stays\n\n * Good attitude and professional conduct\n\nPerks:\n\n * Company van for travel to start locations\n\n * Premier Inn Card for accommodation\n\n * Opportunity to cover a variety of routes and locations\n\nIf you're an experienced HGV Class 1 driver looking for consistent work and don't mind nights away, we’d love to hear from you
