Part-Time Practice Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and caring Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is an exciting chance to work within a modern, purpose-built practice that forms part of a larger partnership across multiple local sites.
About the Role:

• Deliver chronic disease management, with an emphasis on diabetes care
• Provide holistic, patient-centred care across treatment room services (wound care, ECG, phlebotomy, etc.)
• Conduct cervical screening, vaccinations (including travel), and health promotion
• Assist with minor surgery, contraceptive services, and Warfarin monitoring
• Support infection control audits and contribute to practice improvements
• Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to a learning environment
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Experience in general practice or primary care settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and teamworking skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
