About the Role:
Support individuals with day-to-day activities, emotional wellbeing and physical care needs
Contribute to rehabilitation plans to help service users reach their full potential
Monitor and report changes in health and mood to senior colleagues
Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Help create a safe, supportive and empowering environment for service users
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working in a care or support role
Team player with strong communication skills
Basic IT skills (email, online systems, Word)
Numeracy and literacy skills
A caring and patient approach
Driver preferred (site is not accessible by public transport)
Benefits:
£13.76 – £13.98 per hour (depending on experience)
20% enhancement for weekends and overtime
