Housing provider in the Berkshire area are looking for a health and safety manager to join their expanding property and development team.
To be the competent person, providing effective Health and Safety leadership, ensuring the organisation createsa safe living and working environment for all stakeholders.
Candidate requirements:
Education • IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
• Qualification in Fire safety or risk assessment of general needs and specialised housing.
Experience • Experience of managing operating budgets, ensuring value for money.
• Experience within a housing/local authority or facilities management environment.
• Experience of managing a fire safety and remediation programme
• Experience in Fire risk assessment.
£60,000 salary
