As a Health and Safety Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients and helping them navigate complex regulatory environments. You’ll work closely with their H&S Lead and clients across the UK to deliver exceptional, tailored health & safety solutions .
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory health & safety duties
Develop, improve, and maintain H&S management systems
Write and update policies, procedures, and supporting documents
Conduct thorough site inspections and audits
Deliver high-quality, insightful reports and action plans
Deliver training and toolbox talks
Lead or support CDM site compliance
Investigate incidents and support improvement plans
Foster strong, sustainable client relationships
