What you’ll do:
Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Support ISO 45001 and legislative compliance
Deliver internal training and engage with site teams and subcontractors

What you’ll bring:
5+ years' experience in a senior HSE role within engineering/construction
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and site-based safety practices
A confident communicator with a hands-on, can-do attitude
