Job Description What You’ll Be Doing:
As EHS Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting project delivery by identifying hazards and advising on safe systems of work, including the preparation and review of method statements and risk assessments.
Conducting regular site inspections and targeted audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
Promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across all levels of the project, encouraging behavioural safety and continuous learning.
Engaging with management and workforce to ensure awareness and compliance with licensing conditions, environmental consents, impact assessments, and changes in HSE legislation or guidance.
Developing and delivering forward-looking safety initiatives, coaching site teams, and contributing to lessons learned activities.
Providing competent conventional safety advice and supporting injury/incident reporting and investigation processes.
Working with the client and supply chain to ensure governance and consistency in EHS delivery across the project lifecycle.
