? About the Role We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and motivated  Head of School (Secondary)  to join our leadership team at a well-established non-maintained special school for children aged 5–16. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of a therapeutic educational setting that supports students with a range of complex needs, including Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

?? Key Responsibilities Provide daily operational leadership across the secondary phase.
Lead on a key area of the school’s self-evaluation and development plan.
Monitor and evaluate school outcomes alongside the Assistant Headteacher.
Support teachers in delivering high-quality SEN&D teaching and learning.
Report directly to the Headteacher and contribute to strategic planning.
? What We’re Looking For A qualified teacher (QTS) with leadership experience in SEN or mainstream settings.
