The Role – Head of Science
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Head of Science to lead a successful Science department in Tenterden. You will be responsible for overseeing curriculum planning, supporting staff development, tracking student progress, and promoting excellence in teaching and learning across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
You must hold UK QTS and have strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum. Leadership experience or a background in mentoring/department support will be highly valued.
You’ll be leading a team of Science teachers and technicians, teaching across KS3 to KS5, and ensuring students of all abilities are engaged and challenged.
