Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As our new Head of Safer Neighbourhoods, youll play a starring role in making this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities.
A safe home is about more than the bricks and mortar. As our Head of Safer Neighbourhoods, youll take the lead in delivering exceptional neighbourhood safety and wellbeing services for our tenants. Youll lead the team in delivering a proactive approach that makes sure tenants get the right support when they need it.
Youll act as our safeguarding lead, instilling a culture of professional curiosity that helps colleagues across the organisation fulfil their safeguarding responsibilities. Championing a culture of restorative practice, youll help the team provide a holistic approach that delivers positive outcomes for our tenants.
As a subject matter expert, youll be able to provide advice and guidance to your team and the wider organisation, working closely with local and national partners to address key safeguarding agendas.
