Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As our new Head of Safer Neighbourhoods, you’ll play a starring role in making this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities.
A safe home is about more than the bricks and mortar. As our Head of Safer Neighbourhoods, you’ll take the lead in delivering exceptional neighbourhood safety and wellbeing services for our tenants. You’ll lead the team in delivering a proactive approach that makes sure tenants get the right support when they need it.
You’ll act as our safeguarding lead, instilling a culture of professional curiosity that helps colleagues across the organisation fulfil their safeguarding responsibilities. Championing a culture of restorative practice, you’ll help the team provide a holistic approach that delivers positive outcomes for our tenants.
As a subject matter expert, you’ll be able to provide advice and guidance to your team and the wider organisation, working closely with local and national partners to address key safeguarding agendas.
