What you'll be doing:

Owning and evolving the UK & Ireland retail strategy , aligned with global objectives
Leading and developing a team of store leaders and regional managers across the estate
Driving commercial performance , customer experience, and operational excellence
Collaborating cross-functionally to elevate omnichannel integration and brand consistency
Championing brand standards and cultivating a strong internal culture
