Are you an experienced and strategic Head of People & HR to lead the people function at a dynamic and values-driven professional services firm. This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping and delivering a progressive HR strategy that supports a high-performing, inclusive culture and the ongoing growth of the firm.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Lead and execute a people-first HR strategy aligned with the firm’s business goals.
Advise senior leadership on talent, culture, organisational design, and change management.
Oversee recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee development.
Champion DEI, wellbeing, employee engagement, and a collaborative firm-wide culture.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment law, and relevant regulatory standards.
Use HR data and analytics to support continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
Senior HR leadership experience, ideally in legal or professional services.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Track record of influencing at senior level and managing change effectively.
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
