At UKPS (part of the Last Mile Group), we take pride in delivering high-quality gas, water and electricity infrastructure across residential, commercial, and industrial developments nationwide.
Were looking for a talented Head of Operations with proven experience to lead our diverse and growing operational workforce. In this role, youll take full responsibility for the delivery and installation of the utility network build of our project portfolio, ensuring our teams are working safely, compliant, and performing efficiently. Youll lead a team of Regional Operations Managers and Operations Site Managers, overseeing a programme of works while maintaining quality, safety, and programme adherence.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, youll play a key role in driving commercial performance and leading strategic improvements in the operational delivery, whilst maintaining compliance and customer delivery performance.
