A new charity based in central Woking is seeking a proactive and driven Manager / Head of Operations to lead their start-up venture which is dedicated to supporting Neurodiverse individuals. They provide personalised care and tailored plan signposting that ensure individuals have equal access to life experiences and opportunities, regardless of learning, emotional, or behavioural challenges.

Developing detailed profiles and personalised support plans.
Sourcing qualified professionals to meet individual needs.
Ensuring support plans are fully funded and within budget.
Monitoring and reporting on service delivery performance.
Continuously assessing and adjusting care plans.
Creating an inclusive online community for Neurodiverse individuals.
Establishing pathways to work experience and meaningful opportunities.
Planning for a future digital assistant to support daily life.
Organising social events and additional services for their users.
Established in 2025 by a successful entrepreneur, the charity will benefit from additional support from the owners other businesses, particularly with technology and finance.
