Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As our new Head of Neighbourhoods, you’ll play a starring role in making this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities.
You’ll inspire the team to deliver an exceptional, customer-focussed, localised neighbourhood management service. Working closely with tenants, you’ll ensure that their thoughts, opinions and voices are heard across the organisation and champion the delivery of human-centric services that meet their needs.
Alongside the senior management team, you’ll work to ensure that tenants and their homes are at the heart of every decision we make and give your team the confidence to challenge the way we do things on their behalf.
Focussed on early intervention and prevention, you will lead on taking a proactive approach to avoid crisis and maintain sustainable tenancies and neighbourhoods.
