I’m seeking a creative and strategic Head of Marketing to join a growing real estate company in Newport. You'll lead the marketing efforts across the group, building their brand presence, and driving customer engagement across all channels.

You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting and driving growth for the business and will manage a small marketing team too. This is a role where you’ll be given the freedom and encouragement to push boundaries and bring innovative ideas to the table.

What you'll be doing:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Managing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
Leading and mentoring marketing team members
Creating compelling content that maintains consistent brand voice
Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights
Managing marketing budgets effectively to maximise ROI
