Head of Marketing role for B2C marketers with full mix experience.Permanent role – London/Southeast - hybrid working, circa 2 days in officeWe areseeking an exceptional Head of Marketing with experience of driving revenue growth within airlines, airports, hospitality, hotel groups, leisure/travel or a
marketing/advertising
agency. This is a dream job for an ambitious “rising star,” someone who’s either at Head of Marketing level or looking to step up into their first Head of Marketing role. The Head of Marketing will be passionate about driving revenue growth through outstanding marketing performance. We are looking for candidates who have gravitas, the ability to manage budgets, agency relationships, lead the team and build relationships with key stakeholders.The successful candidate will be commercially astute and customer focused with strong analytical skills to use data interpretation and customer insight to identify new opportunities for the business. The Head of Marketing will have practical knowledge and experience of customer segmentation and how to create a marketing and growth strategy which communicates effectively with a range of customer groups.This is a pivotal role and you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial marketing strategy. The role focusses on driving customer
acquisition/revenue,
brand equity and awareness plus loyalty & lifetime value. The role will also shape and define the brand, aligned to defined customer segment needs, ensuring this then transmits through clear & coherent customer experience delivery.Head of Marketing / B2C / airlines, airports, hospitality, hotel groups, leisure/travel or a

agencyRole overview:- Develop and lead the marketing strategy to deliver revenue growth from new and existing customers- Maximise the opportunity from existing marketing channels whilst developing new online services and driving digital marketing performance- Shape the evolution of the brand to align with customer needs- Continually evaluate strategy, responding to customer insight and analytics to maximise return on investment, brand and campaign tracking and supporting customer satisfaction scores- Leadership and management of the marketing team (10+ colleagues) and third-party agencies (creative, media, CRM and loyalty) to deliver best value for money and ensure revenue and business targets and KPIs are met.- Champion the role of marketing within the business, building strong relationships with key stakeholders- Ensure appropriate budget management, KPI setting and tracking of commercial targets across all activityHead of Marketing / B2C / airlines, airports, hospitality, hotel groups, leisure/travel or a

agencyExperience required:- Demonstrable success leading the planning, development and execution of end-to-end marketing strategies with expertise across the full marketing mix – brand, campaigns, CRM, loyalty, sponsorship and events in the travel sector- Strong analytical skills to use data interpretation and customer insight to identify new opportunities for the business- Practical knowledge and experience of customer segmentation and how to create a marketing and growth strategy which communicates effectively with a range of customer groups in a cost-effective manner.- Experience of managing external media and creative agencies, with an understanding of
creative/production
processes and good judgement of creative work.- A strategic thinker with proven understanding of creating through the line campaigns, measuring, optimising and challenging campaign analysis.- Commercially focused with experience in managing budgets (£5mill per annum+) and identifying commercial opportunities.- Experience in designing and delivering
marketing/advertising
campaigns, both directly, and indirectly by managing a team of marketing professionals- Experience in implementing customer relationship management strategy, ideally within a strong/identified B2C environment- Experience managing a programme of market research gathering, or moreover, capability at identifying insights that translates to tangible value-additive business outcomesHead of Marketing / B2C / airlines, airports, hospitality, hotel groups, leisure/travel or a

agencySkills required:- A strong, inclusive leader with a confident and collaborative working style and ability to lead teams and adapt as circumstances change- Exceptional stakeholder management, able to develop trusted working relationships across functional boundaries, to build consensus around change- Commercially astute with strong judgment and decision-making abilities and demonstrable evidence of driving revenue growth through marketing- Customer focused – this role needs someone with an aptitude for customer experience and delivering marketing that aligns with these needs- Have personal drive and delivery, being proactive and innovative to challenge the status quo.- Able to manage change, positively influencing colleagues and coaching where required.- Able to foster strong teamwork, pulling together to deliver agreed objectives- Able to
influence/challenge,
using data/logic to support position- Commercially tenacious and hungry to succeed- A good ‘people person’ – likeable and positive attitude- Ability to think
