We are Various Eateries - a publicly listed hospitality company based in the heart of London. We have five key brands within our group, the largest of which is Coppa Club, and we are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead this brand during its next phase of growth.
Coppa Club is known for its beautiful locations, unique experiences, and lively all-day atmosphere. With a focus on creating a members-club experience without the fees, Coppa Club aims to deliver exceptional service and a laid-back atmosphere within each of its thirteen unique venues. Within the brand we have different categories of Coppa, three of which have hotel and events as part of their offering and three of which are our new Townhouse concept, that are multi-floor venues based in city-centre locations. We are seeking a Head of Marketing with good all-round hospitality experience who understands the various parts of the business.
The Role
The Head of Marketing will lead our marketing efforts and drive overall brand awareness and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years’ experience within a leadership position with a strong background in hospitality marketing. Experience that covers restaurant, hotel and events marketing would be preferred, though it is not essential.You will work closely with the Managing Director, and you will be part of the Coppa Club Senior Leadership team and should be competent and comfortable operating at this level – leading the brand and your team from the front.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that optimise opportunities right across the business, from in-venue to room occupancy and sales and events driving.
Having a local approach is crucial to the development of Coppa Club and therefore building upon and nurturing those local relationships and opportunities will be essential in developing the brands’ visibility.
Ability to manage multiple projects and strategies at the same time and collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to deliver projects across the business.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and manage marketing budgets and resource-allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
Provide monthly reports and insights for the Board.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in marketing roles at this level of seniority, within hospitality.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and budgets.
Experience ideally drawn from across the hospitality industry – including dining, hotel, and sales or events marketing. Not all are essential but a good understanding of different parts of the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
