Having scaled their ARR to into the millions, they’re now looking for a Head of Marketing to play pivotal role in their next phase of growth.
Head of Marketing Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing will work directly and report to the co-founders to design and execute the marketing strategy, aligned to business goals and objectives. You’ll craft compelling narratives that showcase their solutions. This role offers unparalleled opportunities to shape the future of remote work and further establish our client as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing:
Build a high performing team - whilst you will have oversight across all marketing functions and be expected to be hands- on, you’ll have a monthly budget to spend on specialist freelancers, agencies and eventually FTE’s across various functions.
Persona audience development -develop deep insights into target markets and value propositions.
Generate a significant amount of lead enquiries monthly through various channels.
Content strategy - craft and oversee the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms.
Manage the social media strategy and impactful engagement with the audience, a social media manager will report to you.
Maintain a content calendar for a steady flow of meaningful content.
Overseeing the development and execution of email newsletters and campaigns for various audiences.
Website optimisation and conversion - actively managing and enhance the website content and user experience.
Performance tracking - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, continuously optimising, adopting a ‘test and learn’ approach.
Essential Skills:
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring.
Background in B2B tech/ SaaS marketing.
Ability to demonstrate the impact you have had on revenue growth.
Experience in content creation and social media management.
Exceptional project management skills.
A good eye design.
