Leading a team of 120 people with teamleader and manager structure supporting production delivery
Succession planning
Lean & Continous improvement

Supply Chain / Procurement

Key Requirements:
To apply for the Head of Manufacturing position based in Kent you will ideally hold an engineering qualification:
Science, manufacturing or engineering industry experience
LEAN implementation expmaples, showing change management achievements
Medium to low volume manufacturing environments (high volume still apply)
Expert leader displaying a natural leadership style
