Head of Internal IT

Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Internal IT to lead our global IT operations and ensure our teams are equipped with secure, scalable, and reliable technology. This role oversees infrastructure and support across offices in London, Copenhagen, and Atlanta, and plays a key part in shaping the employee tech experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a 6-person IT team across 1st to 3rd line support.

Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 and key SaaS tools (e.g. Jira, HubSpot, Confluence).

Oversee networking, connectivity, and infrastructure across global offices.

Own lifecycle management and security of employee devices and endpoints.

Drive IT components of office setups and relocations.

Ensure robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.

Align IT policies with legal, security, and compliance frameworks.

*

Continuously improve IT systems, processes, and team performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience leading internal IT in a scaling tech or fintech company.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, device management, and enterprise SaaS.

*

Experience in global, multi-office environments.

*

Solid understanding of IT security and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2).
