Head of Growth to join their thriving Birmingham team. Known for their outstanding creativity and a client roster full of household names, they’re growing fast and looking for someone who can fuel that momentum.
About the RoleAs Head of Growth, you’ll take full ownership of the new business function, playing a pivotal role in driving agency growth. This is a strategic and executional role where you’ll help shape growth plans, build strong relationships with high-profile brands, and deliver a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Lead, manage and deliver the agency’s new business and growth strategy
- Own and develop the agency’s pipeline generation plans and conversion tactics
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and implement business development goals across departments
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile brands, prospects, and stakeholders
- Create compelling credentials, marketing content and best-in-class pitch materials
- Ensure consistent excellence across all touchpoints of the new business journey
- Oversee internal processes for business development and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Act as the agency’s champion for new business best practice and innovation
This is a high-visibility role in a high-performing team – ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, creativity, and making things happen.
Skills and Experience Required:- 10+ years of track record of success in business development within an advertising or marketing agency
- Experience managing teams and influencing at a senior level
- A strategic, commercially savvy, and consultative approach to growth
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong presentation abilities with the confidence to represent the agency externally
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to uncover and convert new opportunities
Salary: £90-150K Plus
Location: Birmingham (3 days a week)
